LU Center for Music

For the first time in Liberty University’s history, the departments of music and performing arts and worship share a building, consolidating programs into what is now the 7th largest music program in the country. The 1,600-seat concert hall marries the form and excellent acoustics of a conventional symphonic hall with the technical requirements of highly amplified worship services, including adjustable acoustical devices throughout the room and overhead. Edge blended video technology and LED lighting creates an immersive environment to support LU’s praise events. The academic wing includes 50 practice rooms, 40 teaching studios, rehearsal rooms, and two recital halls. A recording space will be outfitted at a later date.
