TCC is delighted to announce that Ermira Kasapi has joined our Collaborative as a Principal Consultant. Based in the NYC area, Ermira brings 12 years of experience delivering arts and culture projects with deep expertise in theatre planning and auditorium design. She began her career at Holzman Moss Bottino Architecture (now Steinberg Hart), where she developed a strong foundation in performing arts facilities. She continued to expand her experience at Mills + Schnoering Architects, contributing to a range of cultural, institutional, and historic projects. Passionate about creating spaces that are thoughtful, inspiring and enduring, she is committed to integrating sustainable design principles into each project and to shaping environments that thrive in balance with nature.
