Caesars Windsor Entertainment Centre
Part of the $430 million expansion of Caesars Windsor, the Entertainment Centre is an integral part of the Casino’s convention facility which also includes a ballroom, meeting rooms, and breakout spaces. The primary venue, the Colosseum, is a large flexible theatre, which combines retractable and fixed seating with a modular demountable stage, a thorough catwalk system and lighting grid. There was a two-fold design objective to maximize theatre seating capacity (for up to 5,000-seats) while providing the largest possible flat floor area for use as exhibition space.
