Ermira has over 12 years of experience delivering arts and culture projects with specialized expertise in theatre planning and auditorium design. She began her career at Holzman Moss Bottino Architecture (now Steinberg Hart), where she developed a strong foundation in performing arts facilities. She later expanded her experience at Mills + Schnoering Architects, contributing to a range of cultural, institutional, and historic projects, before joining TCC in 2026. Ermira holds a Bachelor of Architecture from The City College of New York, where she also serves as an adjunct lecturer at the Spitzer School of Architecture.
